PT GUUD Logistics Indonesia (GUUD), a cross border trade facilitation solutions company and Perkumpulan Pelaku Logistik Indonesia (PPLI), a key Supply Chain & Logistics Management association, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance logistics services in Indonesia.

Under this MoU, GUUD and PPLI will collaborate to integrate Clickargo’s solutions into PPLI’s logistics operations. The partnership entails providing support for integrating Clickargo’s logistics services with PPLI’s existing framework, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation.

The signing of the MoU took place on 14th August 2023 in Bandung. Representing the agencies to sign the MoU were Mr. Desmond Tay, Chief Executive Officer of GUUD Pte Ltd and Mr. Dedi Haris, Founder, Perkumpulan Pelaku Logistik Indonesia.

The scope of this MoU encompasses activities aimed at exploring seamless integration, conducting proof of concept and jointly developing business models, including financing options, for the integrated logistics services.

The activities under this MoU will involve technical assessments, technical integration, and comprehensive business assessments. Further details on commercialization and cooperation will be outlined in a separate Cooperation Agreement (PKS) document, which will be developed as a follow-up to this MoU.
